The plant pictured is not from RBG; our plants have significantly wider leaves than this. However, the pictured plant is certainly an attractive one. The narrowness of its leaves reminds me more of A. neomexicana than A. havardiana, but no doubt there are wide-leaved clones of neomexicana and narrow-leaved ones of havardiana; these 2 species and parryi all seem very close. Our plant flowered last year, and I can send seed if you would like some (note that I do not know if it was self-pollinated or if it crossed with another Agave or Agaves); I have already sent some of the seed to Randy, since he was interested in growing it.
