Allen,
Although I do like the Agave, my collection is built around the over 200+ Aloe species, and the many hybrids we've either acquired or created. I would certainly be interested in an Aloe Summit. When and where will need to be considered as I'd have to take time off and travel to get to most probable locations. But, with this said, please keep my name in mind. John K. in southcentral Michigan where today and tomorrows weather seem more like April than October. |

I've been silent on the subject becasue I was waiting to find out if Brian and I were going to be coming down to San Diego in January. It turns out that we are not going to make it this year. January has just become very busy for me as I hopefully will be getting ready to move. I like the idea of an aloe summit but this winter is going to tough to pull off.

Well since I don't know the inner circle of Aloe folks as well as I do the Agave ones, I will leave it up to you guys as to if and when it happens. Maybe next fall/winter since I think the Agave Summit will be a semi annual production. Alternating years with Agave/Aloe Summits might be a great way to just put on one event a year...... Next Fall/Winter would also give me some time to start collecting Aloe's and populate the grounds with something worth looking at for Aloe visitors
