Some dyckias are...
 ...big as this one here and all of them lasts many, many blooms as we can see. The flower stalk comes not from the center of the crown inflicting a death sentece to the plant. You can count on it long enough to touch eternity or very close to this.  Dyckias are so recently seen some Dyckia species are completely unknow to science. These two here are unamed just found new Dyckia species. Notice they are not any dawrf plant and in fact these two are more than just big plants as they can be more than a meter across adult crowns.
