Lost tag a long time ago, though I think it was a Copiapoa... flowers off and all spring and summer here in southern California but it is super slow... had it 3 years and not sure if it's grown at all.

Its certainly a Copiapoa. By far the most common small no-name Copiapoa is C. humilis, but I think this one is something else.
