Unknown,but not rare yard cacti..

Not sure if that's one of the torch cacti Cleistocactus strausii group and the other,dont know.
In person,it looked bigger.I thought maybe an Espostoa sp. Then, after seeing my own pics...

Looks like an Espostoa and an Oreocereus.

In person it does look a tad bit heftier than Cleistocactus.Both not usually seen in the average bay area yard.

Anyone want to take a crack at this? It looks a bit similar to that in the OP. My guess is C. winteri, but I'm none too sure. It buds a lot, but none of the buds have opened.
