Default Dudleya questions

I have some Dudleyas in the yard that i cannot seem to identify with certainty. Just when I think i have them figured out, something doesn't quite match up with the info on the internet (and available photos). for example, I thought i had a colony of Dudleya caespitosa in my front yard, but the flower colors don't match, nor am I sure the leaves match exactly, either... I realize these plants look different in different situations, but HOW different?
