Difficult without a flower, but could be Graptoveria bella.

I have seen this plant also referred to as Tacitus Bellus. Stunning, unusually large, deep rose colored flowers with elongated stamens. It seems sensitive to cooler winter temperatures and or excess moisture.

Tacitis genus was established for this plant when it was discovered (as I recall) in the 1970s. Later the genus was combined with graptopetalum (cataloger D. Hunt may have published the combination).

bellus to bellum??? Latin nomenclature protocol? or WWW language misnomer leak?

A descriptive specific epithet has to agree with the genus. Tacitus is male, Graptopetalum is neuter, so the ending changes.
