Default Dudleyas

It is starting to be that time of year when Dudleyas look thier very best. I have a talk to give at the San Diego Botanical Garden on the subject on Sunday April 18th @ 2pm. As part of that talk, I was looking over the pictures of Dudleyas that are attached to the wikipedia.... I noticed that way too many plants that were not correctly identified and just wanted to share that with and other Dudleya nuts....all three of them!

The photos of D. candelabrum pictured there are the ones with the longer flower bracts and the green rosettes, the other pictured ones are the larger form of greenii not this species.

The photos of D. palmeri that are shown are D. lanceolata and not likely this species.

Hey Kelly,

ANYONE can edit the pages on wiki.... just look at the links at the top of the page and you or whoever on here who has time can fix the errors.

The other day on my wanderings in San Francisco I noticed an apparent dudleya growing on a barren vertical rock surface. It was about 10" across. I'll try to snap a pic of it one of these days when its sunny.
