Euphorbia tissue culture

Hello all,

I've been doing some limited () research on Euphorbia tissue culture. I can't seem to find too much information. I'm looking for a simple cleaning protocol and possible problems with the genus in culture, e.g., sap leakage, high rates of contamination, etc.

Has anyone seen information about it?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
