On page 52 of the book The Dry Gardening Handbook: Plants and Practices for a Changing Climate by Olivier Filippi (Thames & Hudson 2008), which I know you all have (or if you don't, you should), there is a picture of a cactiform Euphorbia covered with what looks like at least a foot of snow "near the Tizi n Tarakatine pass in southern Morocco." Any guesses what species it is?
