Excellent photo for guessing where the subject is... I have yet to see any of my Euphorbia ammaks bloom, but I noticed the large plants at the Huntington Gardens in Pasadena were fruiting last week, so presumably they were flowering before that.

My largest is about 10' in ground, another almost as tall, but with more branches grows in a large container in more sun-all day sun. This winter was the first since I have had them, that frost singed the top fringes of some arms. If it results in a bushier tree-good!.I am worried that they can add height without much trunk to hold them up. A 12-13' E.abyssinnica has that "lean"..tied to a porch post. Pray for porch post...ah, later will try a metal brace.
