Euphorbia ID

Here's another plant I'd like to try and ID. It's a Euphorbia.

This plant is big. If I didn't whack it back it would probably be about 12 feet diameter. It seems to branch off a main central stem that stays short, so it isn't real tall (maybe about six feet tall).
