It sounds like I am argueing with you and I am not. This is not that great a plant to even be worthy of an arguement. It appears to me to be an undifferentiated garden hybrid of parents unknown. arborescens x ferox is the old Salmdykiana cross and to
my knowledge even occurs naturally. It can vary incredibly and does depending on what forms are used in the cross. The plant pictured is young and does not show any floral branching yet.... perhaps it is an f2 or greater but again......does it matter?
