Hi. I got your photo on a thread notice, but it was not yet on the main website. Looks like a fence made of Fouquieria limb cuttings. Some appear to have rooted. There appears to be an out of focus flower, 1/3 the way from the metal post to the wood post (near the top). Photo in Baja or mainland? Ron Chisum
