Default New Succulents need ID

I just bought these 2 for 1 dollar each and would very much like to know what they are so that I can care for them correctly
There is a photo of the front and back of Succulent1 and a from the top photo of succulent2. I hope I am in the right forum, as I don't know what family they belong to.

Hi,
the second looks like a Senecio, perhaps
mandraliscae. I have no idea about the first, sorry

I'd call the first one a Peperomia clusiifolia (mostly a house plant, likes to dry out between waterings but not exactly a xeric plant), and the second looks like Echeveria 'Topsy Turvy'
