Default Nolina ID?

Ran across this one while on a walk over the weekend; it's about 15' tall and in a rather neglected yard in my 7-year-old neighborhood. Seems huge!

That's one of the biggest Nolina matapensis around Tucson. There's one on the UA campus that I haven't measured, but is probably around 12-13 feet tall and is over 30 years old. Seven year old neighborhood? I better go see if that one is still on campus!
