Nice collection of plants very decorative!
I am curious about the P. triste, I got one earlier this fall, and the plant was horizontal, when the leaves grew out I had a mess. Seeing your picture, I propped the upper tuber against a rock and have a more manageable plant. Looking at shots from the Pacific Bulb Society, it appears to have a carrot top in nature, spreading horizontally from the top of the plant. How do you keep this plant in good shape? I assume you use some glue to hold the tuber, but are you also a leaf trimmer? |
